Wasn't too sure how big an effect this would have on my coffee but since I've started using it have noticed a huge difference in my shot consistency. Before I struggled with channeling but now with my bottomless portafilter I can see each shot comes out evenly across the basket.
Beautiful bottomless portafilter, fits my GCP group head perfectly with the offset ears and no leaks whatsoever. Actually feels better than the Gaggia portafilter. The Beechwood handle feels great in the hand and is easily replaceable if it ever becomes damaged. The included basket is of good quality and will have you pulling consistently great espresso in no time.
I had high hopes form hypergrind products but unfortunately it did not meet expectations at all!
Found scratches on the bottomless portafilter out of the box which I immediately took pictures for return/replacement/refund.
Even after follow up emails they won’t process your refund request! Such poor customer service and communication when it comes to refund!!

Even if anyone wants to buy from them better hope you don’t get damaged items as David and Jordan will use ghosting techniques after items has been sold.
After trying a bottomless portafilter with limited success (non-Hypergrind), I had hoped the puck screen would reduce the spraying. It did slightly; I would suggest it is more user error than anything. I have since ordered the double spout portafiler from Hypergrind, which is great, and I love the tamping mat. Everything is much cleaner! Both orders came incredibly quickly. Thanks, boys.

I bought this basket to replace the stock one I received with my Breville Bambino Plus. It is much better and easily allows me to grind 18g of coffee. It leaves a nice, dry puck, although you do need to grind finer to achieve optimal results.

Lovely black finish with a weighty feeling handle, fits perfectly into my Gaggia machine as if it was 1st party. Would recommend to others.

3 stars because I am using a 54mm basket and it doesn’t quite fit, also if it came with a lid it would work better. However I modified both and works great.
