Does what you expect. The stiff steam knob is easier to use with the extra leverage.

Took alot of adjustment to go from standard breville basket to this one - internal grind dropped from 4 to 2, ratio dropped from 60ml to 36ml. Bit aftwr all the adjustment its making a lovely, flavourful and consistent coffee. Well worth the effort

Now I can see what is happening with my coffee extraction and adjust my coffee settings accordingly. Black coating came off from couple of spots. But it doesn’t affect the functionality. Top blokes.
